Ruins of Lordaeron: The Horde Dungeon of WoW Forever
Ruins of Lordaeron is one of the nine new dungeons in World of Warcraft: Forever, built for characters at level 15–20. It takes players into the ruined capital of the old human kingdom — a city that was devastated by Arthas and his Scourge and never recovered.
Under a green sky, a spired skyline rises out of the fog. A cobbled road leads to a gated wall hung with dark banners, spectral figures drift past an overgrown fountain, and the streets are full of memories: old family heirlooms and keepsakes left behind by the people who once lived here. The Forsaken are trying to restore the city, but the Scourge still lurk in its darkest corners — and a necromancer has arrived with plans to attack another city.
Ruins of Lordaeron is built as a Horde dungeon, where Horde players take up arms and help the Forsaken reclaim the ruins. Hall of Thanes beneath Ironforge is its Alliance counterpart. Alliance players are not welcome in Lordaeron, but according to Blizzard they can find a way to sneak in. A Classic Plus Ruins of Lordaeron run from FrostyBoost works for both factions, with a group from our team matched to your side.
What a WoW Forever Ruins of Lordaeron Boost Covers
- Single run. A full clear of Ruins of Lordaeron with your character in the group, every boss down.
- Run package. Several runs in a row for experience, until your character leaves the 15–20 range.
- Loot run. Repeat runs with priority on the item you name, until it drops for you.
- Dungeon quests. Quests tied to the dungeon completed during the runs, where they exist.
- Legacy progress. Runs toward the Dungeons category of Legacy Challenges.
Every order is agreed before the first pull: the run type, the number of runs and the loot rule. The order closes when that target is met and confirmed with you.
Why Order a Classic Plus Ruins of Lordaeron Carry
Level 15–20 is the first week of a new realm for most players. Everyone is leveling at the same time, very few of them play a tank or a healer, and a group for a brand-new dungeon forms slowly and breaks easily. Nobody knows the bosses yet, and one bad wipe is often the end of the run.
A WoW Forever Ruins of Lordaeron carry skips all of that. The group is complete, it plays together, and your character takes the last seat. Runs are quick and clean, the experience keeps coming, and dungeon drops at this level usually beat the quest rewards of the bracket.

Ruins of Lordaeron on the Leveling Route
For the Horde, Ruins of Lordaeron is the first new dungeon of the climb, just as Hall of Thanes is for the Alliance. After it come the Excavation Site in the Wetlands at 24–29, City of Dalaran at 28–33 and The Drowned City at 35–40, with more new dungeons all the way to level 60. A few runs through the ruins carry a character through the mid-teens and into the twenties with better gear than the quests around them give.
If you want the whole Classic Plus climb built around dungeons, the same group can take your character from Ruins of Lordaeron to the next instances as one dungeon leveling order.
Loot From Ruins of Lordaeron
Blizzard has not yet published the Ruins of Lordaeron loot table or the names of its bosses, so this page does not list items. The loot rule for your Ruins of Lordaeron dungeon boost is agreed before the first pull:
- Priority on your items. The pieces you name go to you when they drop.
- Everything for your class. Every drop your class and spec can use goes to you.
- Kept on the character. Gold, bags, materials and quest rewards from the runs stay with you.
As soon as the loot table is official, a loot run can name the exact item and the boss it drops from.
Self-Play or Piloted Ruins of Lordaeron Runs
Self-play is the natural format. You take the last seat in our group, play your own character through the ruins and loot your own drops, with the account in your hands the whole time.
Piloted suits run packages and loot runs. Our team plays the character through the runs on the agreed schedule, and the levels and items are waiting when you log in.
Ruins of Lordaeron orders run from November 4, 2026, when World of Warcraft: Forever realms go live. To book, we need the character, realm, region and faction, class and spec, the run type and the format. For the other new dungeons, see WoW Forever dungeon boost.
