AION 2 Soul Crystal farming fills your balance with 1,000 to 50,000 crystals of the genus you pick: Cogni, Fera, Natura or Varian. A booster farms them on your character in the fastest spots for that genus. The first 1,000 usually arrive the same day, and the order starts within about an hour of assignment.

Pick Crystal genus first: Cogni, Fera, Natura or Varian. The genus does not change the price. Then drag Soul Crystals to the amount you need, in steps of 1,000, from 1,000 up to 50,000. More crystals cost more, and the slider is the only thing that moves the total.

Piloted is the base mode, and both Remote Control and Self Play are a bit dearer.

What Is a Soul Crystal in AION 2?

Soul Crystals are the currency that pays for Genus Insight Analysis in AION 2, with one colour-coded type for each genus. Cogni crystals are blue, Fera red, Natura green and Varian yellow. Special ones are light blue, and a rainbow wildcard counts as any type.

You cannot trade them. A big stock means farming, nothing else. One Analysis roll costs 4 crystals and 1,000 Kina. Each locked stat line multiplies that, and with 8 lines locked a single roll eats 396 crystals. Levels 8 to 10 on a board come almost entirely from Analysis, which is why serious board work runs out of crystals long before Kina.

Where AION 2 Soul Crystal Farming Gets Them

The crystal farming boost takes most of the order from field monsters of the genus you chose. The rest comes from smaller sources the booster adds along the way:

• extra souls from pets you have already maxed at level 3
• wildcard drops in Fafnite Amphitheater and Silent Graveyard
• Daily Duty quests, Odylium Repository and pet achievements
• Substance Morph, which trades Kina for at most 1,000 a week, used only with your OK

Special crystals are not part of this boost. They come mostly from hidden cubes that need your own keys.

Buy as many Soul Crystals as your next board steps will eat. The table shows what each size is good for and how long the farm usually runs.

Farm the Crystals or Have the Board Done?

AION 2 Soul Crystal farming on its own suits players who want to roll Analysis themselves and choose every lock. Good to know: the crystals stay in your balance after the order, so nothing gets spent without you. If you would rather hand over the rolls too, Insight leveling for one board includes the crystals. FAQ

When can you start Soul Crystal farming?

Soul Crystal farming starts within about an hour of assignment. The best-rated booster takes the order, usually 15 minutes after payment, and the first 1,000 crystals tend to land within a few hours.

Will you use my Kina for Substance Morph?

Only if you allow it in the order chat. Without Substance Morph the booster sticks to drops, dailies and achievements, and a large order takes a little longer.

Does the boost spend the crystals for me?

No. The farmed Soul Crystals stay in your balance, and you decide when to roll Analysis and which lines to lock.

Can you farm Soul Codex as well?

Soul Codex is a gear item from dungeon reward cubes and has nothing to do with the pet system. It is not part of crystal farming, and the dungeon services cover it.
