What You Get

Before We Start

• A character that has reached Verteron (Elyos) or Altgard (Asmodian)
• Your faction chosen in the calculator
• Account access for Piloted or Remote Control, or time to play along in Self Play
• No play on the character while the booster is logged in

Order AION 2 Empyrean Traces and a booster gathers all 560 of them on your faction's map, then hands them in until the Monolith reaches level 30. Work begins roughly half an hour after checkout. One full map takes 1–2 days.

First set the Faction switch to Elyos or Asmodian. That decides whether the booster works through Verteron or Altgard. Then choose the method: Piloted is the default, Remote Control costs a little more, Self Play the most, and a Live stream can be added to Piloted or Remote Control.

The Add-ons box offers Express and Main Story Quest, which finishes the campaign in the same run. Extra Kinah adds 5,000,000, 10,000,000 or 15,000,000 Kinah. Each add-on raises the total.

What Is an Empyrean Trace in AION 2?

An Empyrean Trace is a tiny pickup tucked away somewhere in Verteron or Altgard, and most players just say feathers. The Monolith in your region takes them. Each Monolith level hands you one amulet enhance scroll. Feather hunting is slow, but your amulet keeps getting better.

So how many Empyrean Traces does a full Monolith take? 560, unlocked in three big steps:

The gaps grow fast. From level 20 to 30 you still need 305 more feathers, more than everything before it.

What the Empyrean Traces Boost Covers

This Empyrean Traces boost means every one of the 560 feathers on your map: the Faction switch sends the booster to Verteron for an Elyos, to Altgard for an Asmodian. All of them get picked up and handed in, and the order closes with a level 30 Monolith. A feather location map from a fan site helps when you hunt them yourself. A booster who has done the route before does not need one.

Good to know: all your characters on one server use the same Monolith. Do it once and an alt on that server already has level 30. The 200 Traces in Lower Reshanta belong to the Abyss and are not part of this order.

How Long the AION 2 Feathers Farm Takes

A complete feathers farm runs 1–2 days, beginning around half an hour after checkout. Express keeps the order at the head of the queue the whole way. Add a Live stream to see the route as it happens, or simply follow the count in the order chat.

Buy AION 2 Empyrean Traces With the Rest of the Map

Buy AION 2 Empyrean Traces along with other one-off rewards of Verteron or Altgard, so the zones get crossed a single time. Choose Piloted or Remote Control for the booster to play, or Self Play.

Are Empyrean Traces the same as feathers?

Yes. Feathers is the player nickname for Empyrean Traces. A feathers farm and an Empyrean Traces boost are the same order.

Does my second character get the Monolith too?

Yes, if the second character plays on the same server. Monolith levels are shared there, so an alt starts at the level your main reached. A character on another server starts its own Monolith.
