The server is supposed to be empty, do not worry! If you cannot find our contact, it could be due to Discord lag. Try to send a friend request and you will be able to message us even before we accept your request as we will share the initial server.
Is there any way to know exactly when you will start and when you will finish?
Generally, it is impossible to give a precise time; once your order has been purchased, we will offer it manually to handpicked available boosters. After a while, the order becomes 'public' and all boosters can start offering to complete it. With this system, we assign most services in a few hours. Boosters are incentivized to complete the order ASAP as they can pick up more orders once they are done. If they breach the agreed time, they will be penalized.
How long will the booster be online for? Are there any extra speed options?
For any service with account sharing, boosters are supposed to be online for at least 5 hours per day, depending on what they have to complete. Exceptions apply; for example, some services require a daily grind of 40 mins. Extra Speed options are generally always available! They will give your order a higher priority and force the booster to stay online for longer, if it makes sense for the speed of your service. These options are usually named 'Express' or 'Super Express'
What is VPN? Do you only use it for Piloted services and what does it do?
Our protection: From VPN to PC programs ID changes, Frostyboost team has been working in the field of boosting since 2013. During this time, we learned how to fulfill orders without getting banned. Before each execution of orders, we clear the entire cache of the game and start from a fresh install. We do everything necessary, and even more, in order to minimize the chance of getting a ban. Be sure that with our service, you will get the most secure boosting service.
What is your refund policy?
If we cannot assign a player to your order within double the Estimated Time, you are entitled to ask for a refund. If we have started but not completed the service within double the estimate, compensations or partial refunds may be requested.
Is the service safe? Are there any risks?
Any Selfplay service is 101% safe. However, we are unable to guarantee total safety on account sharing services that could be targeted by Blizzard. Transparency first! The 'VPN' software and a VPN will certainly be of huge help and we do not foresee problems. In our years of service, we have not experienced any suspensions related to account-sharing itself of low attention services (as a comparison, PvP Pilots are a lot riskier than the standard farming service). However, we strongly recommend to consider Selfplay services or the Order a Character system. We cannot be held responsible in case of a 30 days suspension as it is out of anyone's control.
